The purpose of the evaluation is to assess the impact of
a collective effort approach to the primary prevention of
violence against women (PVAW).
The Evaluation Plan is intended to be a dynamic document.
As TFER Partners identify and implement new strategies
or activities in response to successes, challenges and
opportunities, it is anticipated that there will be further
reflection and refinement to the Plan.
