It builds on the partners\u2019 commitment to deepening intersectional practice (see TFER Strategy\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/whe.org.au\/tfer\/strategy-overview-document\/\">here<\/a>) in the eastern metropolitan area of Melbourne.<\/p>\n<p>The project is led by\u00a0Women\u2019s Health East, in partnership with\u00a0Women with Disabilities Victoria\u00a0(WDV), and the\u00a0<em>Together For Equality &amp; Respect<\/em>\u00a0partnership.<\/p>\n<p>This website is a resource hub for project information and resources produced through the project.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style Autoclose: 1 --><div class='flex_column av-2vf6i-af6ac715792b6f271ac51d121fd2d2c6 av_one_half  avia-builder-el-23  el_after_av_one_fifth  el_before_av_one_half  first flex_column_div column-top-margin'     ><p><section  class='av_textblock_section av-217g6-0641ca437aab81f57adea8e518bd7822'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>A consortium of TFER partners committed to the project during the concept and proposal development.<\/p>\n<p>These organisations were represented on the Project Advisory Group formed at project inception: Women\u2019s Health East (as lead), Yarra Ranges Council, Boroondara City Council, FvREE, Access Health and Community, Inspiro and the Regional Family Violence Partnership for Melbourne\u2019s eastern region.<\/p>\n<p>The Project Advisory Group also included Women with Disabilities Victoria, as a specialist and implementing partner alongside Women\u2019s Health East, WLK Consulting as the project evaluator (for the period 2020 \u2013 2022) and a community representative, a woman with lived experience of disability.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-lk6f61h8-f83b0b614e9a9ca85478fd19a933d7da'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The Project Advisory Group \u00a0played a key role in the project\u2019s development and delivery, and the continuation of work to prevent violence against women in the TFER partnership beyond the end of project funding<\/p>\n<p>Women with lived experience of disability, including neurodiversity, mental health and chronic health conditions are at the centre of the Margins to the Mainstream Project through the Project Experts Group (see more information about the Experts Group\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/whe.org.au\/tfer\/margins-to-the-mainstream\/experts\/\">here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div class='flex_column av-10nee-6834852cdd7ea4eb6b2b9fbdd4b6c7f1 av_one_half  avia-builder-el-26  el_after_av_one_half  avia-builder-el-last  flex_column_div column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lk6f67on-1854f28e5a0a5ebabfd825a40897d9ac'  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>A number of mutually reinforcing project activities were \u00a0undertaken for coordinated action to address ableism and gender inequality in primary prevention activities.
